Approximate size is listed on each product page.

For example:
Coco measures approx. 38 cm tall × 26 cm wide when sitting.

How to order

1. Choose your design - Select the embroidery style you’d like from the options shown.
2. Select your thread colour - Choose the colour for your embroidery.
3. Add the name - Enter the name to be embroidered in the first box.
4. Optional second line - Add an age or date if needed, or leave this blank. 
5. Add to cart - Take a moment to check your details, then add to cart and complete your order.

What if I make a mistake with the name?

Names are embroidered exactly as entered at checkout, so we recommend double‑checking spelling before completing your order.

If you notice an error shortly after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Do you send a proof before embroidering?

We don’t send proofs before embroidering.
The name you enter during checkout acts as your confirmation, and we carefully embroider it exactly as provided.

How long will my order take?

Each cuddle is prepared with care.
Current orders will begin shipping in early June.

Estimated timing is always noted on the product page.

Can the cuddles be washed?

Yes — with care.

• Please remove the comfort pods before washing
• Spot clean gently where possible
• For a deeper clean, hand wash in cool water
• Use a mild detergent
• Do not bleach
• Air dry thoroughly before cuddling again
